This tour is including hotel pick up – drop off for accessible by car hotels only (many streets of the old town and the harbor of Chania are having limited vehicle access) in the region of Chania. Clients that staying in the old town and the Venetian harbor have to meet us in the suitable meeting points (3-5 minutes average walking distance from most of the hotels). The meeting times scheduled according to the hotels’ locations. The pick-up will be from the clients’ hotel (if accessible) at this specific time.

For cancellations up to 2 days before the event, no cancellation fees

For cancellations 1 day before the event, 100% cancellation fees

Notes:

1. For bookings up to 2 days prior to departure please contact us in order to check for availability.
2. From November to March the participation is low. We require minimum 4 pax to operate this tour.
3. Please provide fullname, telephone number (country code included), e-mail and accommodation details (hotel name & address) upon booking.
4. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Dress code is comfortable clothing – good shoes, a light jacket might needed in Spring/Autumn.
5. Tour capacity 1 – 20 participants. Recommended for families, friends, couples.
6. Not wheelchair accessible, not strolled accessible, not suitable for pets.
7. Please arrive on time to the given pick-up point. Unfortunately, there is no option to wait for latecomers. In case of delay, missed pick-up, missed departure time, no refunds.
8. The travel agency reserves the right to alter or cancel any tour due to adverse weather conditions or insufficient passengers number or force majeure 12 hours prior to departure time with a notification to the traveler.
