Enjoy your time at sea on this fantastic four-hour boat tour along the beautiful coastline of Chania. Guests will sail past stunning mountain landscapes and picturesque beaches while our friendly tour guide shares interesting information about the history of the area.
During the journey, the boat passes Theodorou Island where guests can admire the historic Venetian fortress, photograph the impressive open sea cave, and look out for the island’s protected Kri-Kri wild goats. Sea turtles are also occasionally spotted in this area.
Swimming stops:
First Swimming Stop – Protected Bay
The first stop takes place in a small, sheltered bay with crystal-clear waters and a sandy seabed. Guests can swim, relax, and explore the underwater world using our complimentary snorkeling masks.
Approximate duration: 30 minutes.
Second Swimming Stop – WWII Aircraft Wreck
The second stop is at the wreck of a German aircraft shot down during World War II. The wreck lies just five metres below the surface, making it clearly visible and suitable even for beginner swimmers. Guests who prefer can also enjoy the view from the boat.
Approximate duration: 30 minutes.
Third Swimming Stop – Lazaretta Island
The final stop is at Lazaretta Island, where guests can swim, relax on the sandy beach, or explore the small volcanic island before returning to Chania.

MARINE LIFE EXPERIENCE
During the tour, our diver may bring onboard fascinating sea creatures such as octopus, starfish, and unique shells so guests can safely observe, touch, and photograph them before they are returned to the sea.
CAPTAIN EXPERIENCE
Children (and adults!) can sit with the captain, take the wheel, and have their photo taken while “driving” the boat – a fun and memorable experience for families.
