Please provide full name, telephone number (country code included), e-mail, accommodation (hotel name & address), passport / ID details and nationality upon booking – these details are required by the port authorities to issue cruise permission.
The cruise is weather-dependent and may be rescheduled or canceled in case of bad conditions. If you’re pregnant, traveling with a child under 2, prone to seasickness, or have mobility or health issues, please check the forecast and consult our team before booking.
For special occasions such as birthdays or anniversaries, let us know in advance — we’ll be happy to make your celebration special with a complimentary branded gift.
Please arrive on time at the port at least 20 minutes before departure, as we cannot delay departure due to port regulations. We are not responsible for delays caused by guests or unforeseen events. Late arrivals will forfeit their tickets.
Maximum group size: 20 travelers.
The travel agency reserves the right to alter or cancel any tour due to adverse weather conditions or insufficient passengers number or force majeure 12 hours prior to departure time with a notification to the traveler.
